I cant join some peoples game

Ok i dont know why im having a problem with a few people trying to join them. I have checked this it seems to be only a few people i cant join and makes my spring just stop responding. But there are others joining these games at the same time i cant.

Its just confuseing me because i dont like just hosting games myself. Any help on why i can join some peoples games but not others would be appreciated.
