http://modinfo.adune.nl/mapconv.zip seems to work, but I'm not sure if it's current. Unfortunately these little programs seem to disappear every once in a while... and mapconv particularly had been hacked, modified in so many ways I'm not sure which version the community is using now... hopefully someone else will post.

Use this version please. Its got the same usage as old mapconv but its prettier (no ugly scanlines)
