Luckytank, thanks for the inquiry. We do have a forum at www.imperialwinter.com where you can ask further questions if you like.

At this stage there are no plans for a public beta. However, once we have introduced the full unit set and have begun preparing for our first public release, we will be opening up the closed beta a lot more in order to get lots of feedback. It won't be a public beta (because we don't want to steal the thunder from our own release), but it will be reasonably close.

Currently applications to join the beta are closed, but that is likely to change over the coming months. Best way to keep track is to pop into our forums every now and then.

Anyway, around here public beta = release.

Gnome is lazy and doesn't like to update the progress.....
