Unit Catcher

A concept lolmap based on Comet Catcher Redux by NOIZE for *A mods.
Commanders and t1 builders get a special mine which you build next to your own units to throw them over the battlefield.
Units take no falling damage.
Commanders are immune to the impulse.

kind of an aside, but wasn't comet catcher's original shtick having comets fly in randomly and blow shit up?

No, otherwise no one would have ever played it in OTA and it would have likely not been ported to spring

Depends on mass and how close you make the mine, got flash tanks and scouts to the other side of the map, stumpies more like 20-25% max.

Hehe i remember being able to use crawling bombs to blast coms over porc lines into the rear of enemy bases in earlier AA versions
If it was a flat map and you got the blast angle right you could even dgun stuff as your com skimmed past
