Almost, the contents of the submission post are the file tags, so you can't say "am I doing it right?", you should just say "XTA, Commanders, Action" or something like that.

And make it 16:9 (-> 320x180 for example) or you'll get black bars...

Which program did you use? Cant find a program to make a flv of that size unless i upload it to youtube first. S:

You can go for a rough bandwidth profile and then customize all the settings like resolution, bitrate and so on...
