The ta models were never intended to be viewed from any angle other than the fixed overhead camera in ta.

Yup - also have a look at things like a Karganeth. Many of them "float" but you usually don't notice it even in Spring with zooming and all that stuff...

They can, easily. A popular hack back in college was to build an electromagnet rig that would levitate a washer (like from a bolt) and spin it.

An active system can do almost anything. Although rotation doesn't require anything exotic--just what do you think an electric motor is?

i dont really know alot about this, but now i think of it its possible, like maglev(those are cool trains, they go 320km/h and float on rails by magnets^^)
