Why are these here/how do I remove them?

when I start a game, a message says "use F11 to enable/disable widgets." Under that, it says "brought to you by Eyes." And in the lower left corner, there are a couple eyes that follow the cursor. why are these here and how do I get rid of them?

Press F11 and look for "Eyes."

the way of telling you how to control widgets is just stupid, but thats changed in the new version of spring
