Possible, considering it's about 13 years old now. Anyone who is adept at using google and not completely braindead can acquire his own rip or iso of the game anyway.

Awesome. Still have my original CD. One-of-a-kind game. The UI kinda sucked, but the gameplay I haven't seen since.

I played it as a kid, never made it far since I couldn't figure it out very well and tanks seemed OP to me as they oneshot everything else.

I watched a friend play it on the PSX back then, he was a lot better at it than I was on the PC. :P

Did it have any special requirements or incompatiblities? I can't remember if I actually got it to work in dosbox, but it should run fine in a shell window with VDMSound (2.1someting, some older but better release).

i´m running it now on xp without dosbox or something like that...

kdr... tanks are good, like in real life :D

i love always is to sniper the bot out of the tank then i can hijack it :)

u need to micro tanks then u can kill with a medium tank without problems a heavy tank or a rocket tank

Don't think there's any reason why you would have to, no, few configuration options in DOSBox has anything to do with compatibility at all.

There isn't even much reason to go text editing much at all when using DOSBox really, as the standard settings are pretty decent, launching games is just drag and drop and there are frontends available.
