You get put on the sex offender list for pissing in a public place. Of course people THINK that the list is only for severe criminals so there's no resistance to further restrictions for anyone on the list and AFAIK everyone on there is treated equally.

Which is really fucked up if you consider that someone who got drunk and dropped his pants in public has his location pinpointed by authorities at all times while a violent gang member gets ignored after he's out of jail.
