driver issue

im having problem i have updated my nvidia drivers and latest direct 9x and i still get this http://koti.mbnet.fi/kookos_/spring.JPG

You have a botched driver install.
Remove your nvidia drivers completely, run the uninstaller and then clean up the stuff thats left over (google for howto) then install the latest driver from scratch. Never install an nvidia driver on windows XP over an existing driver setup.
