Spring RTS Engine

WarCraft III has some of the funnest custom maps around. Tower Defense, Tower Defense Wars, Footman Wars, Footman Frenzy, Defense of Minas Tirith, you name it. It's all fun.

Anyway, we're idling in #wc3 for some hamachi WarCraft III fun. Hamachi is a way to emulate a LAN over the internet, so you don't have to connect to battle.net.

If you like the Desktop Tower Defense thing, for example, Wintermaul Wars will blow you away - it's Tower Defense Team vs Team, and you get to build the creeps that attack your enemies! It's fantastic.

I've played DotA in the past, but I suck horribly. But I'm down for some of the old help-yer-creeps.

I hated it.. Never an open game, players were elitist assholes, I sucked.. And, worst of all, it sucked..

We're not really fans of dota - we prefer castle fight, tower defense, wintermaul wars - etc.

There's a funny little 8 player TD map where you send the creeps out while defending form the other players' creeps. Although it's slightly imbalanced IMO. As soon as one spams immortals or demons it's game over.

That and OpenFF or FF epic. A shame I can't find the screens with my save codes on. :(

Dota Suck, Loap rules (Police on dynstanty variation is l33t with there arrest ability, I arrest the emporer too get 10000+ money and the weapon crafter to get kantanas lol)
