I'm banned

Today i had some problems with internet. Now at this time at this moment i post my message internet works again.
But now i see got an autoban because of flooding. I don't know how it is possible, but i think that The program TASClient automaticly tries to connect when i've lost connection. How can i unban myself?
Please help me as quick as possible! THX!
