Half Life 2 mods are FOR Half Life 2, turning the game into a differnt game.

A starcraft mod FOR Half Life 2 would be turning a game into another game that is NOT owned by blizzard, and would hence cut into their profits. I mean, why by Starcraft when you can get Half Life 2 AND Starcraft mod at the same time?

Thats the reason. I think.

Not very...

...plus you have to consider that, in Korea, if someone modded StarCraft, it would be like modding football here in the United States. It's just not done. You don't mess with your country's national sport.

There was a mod for starcraft for UT 2004 but it looked bloody awful :shock:
