Spring RTS Engine

I made a big post suggestion build trees and such, but it's not really relevant given the design goals here. Basically, my mistake, I talked more than I listened.

It is ok, At the moment I want to keep true and see what that will lead to. In the future such suggestions may well be a good idea.

We do have in theory six races, so any suggestion is a good one.
