i think some japanese dood won world SC championship or smth like that just by making 'spike-turrent' and aa turrents (these zerg buildings or smth). now imagine urself sefidel pwnin everyone in 1v1 just by making hlts and nanos X_x

I do not consider star craft rts, it is rtt. Real time tactics.

And i am actually awaiting the release. Even though i am more ofan rts kinda guy.

The distinction, in the context of wargames/rts, is abundantly obvious. I do not want to get bogged down into semantics, my initial post was much more aimed at highlighting your blatant (and completely pointless) trolling.

Tactic/s is a synonym of Strategy. It is not trolling, it is correcting a clueless newbie.

Funny how people try to sound smart by differencing between those two when they both stand for the same thing.

Seriously, you have never discussed strategy vs tactics in the context of an overall approach/build options/approach to expansion vs specific unit choice/force composition/unit micro? You refuse to acknowledge the divergence between SC and TA in that context?

If you are generally unaware of that distinction, then fair enough, I guess, but its a very common distinction, that I have come across in conversation with various disconnected groups.

I acknowledge SC and TA are different games, and that's it.
