I vote yes Felix/Saktoths proposal...
All immutable rules be Transmogrified into mutable rules.
Each player begins with 15 Hit Points; this number may not go above 15 or below 0. With every valid post having an effect on the game (these being proposals, nominations, votes, seconds for titles), a player may either: Smite any other active player, reducing the Smitten player's Hit Point total by 1; or Heal any other active player, increasing the Healed player's Hit Point total by 2. Whenever a player's Hit Point total is equal to zero, that player's posts may have no effect on the game (all proposals, nominations, votes, seconds for titles, and other game actions are invalid). A player with zero Hit Points may not win the game.
...and nominate rattle to receive the title of Baron

I have the feeling we are gonna have paradox soon :)

I thought that was the point of the game.

Thats not the point, only the inevitable result :)

Wikipedia says there are two ways to play the game: The object of the first is to have discrete victories, and to try to find loopholes and exploits in the system to get as many points as possible and win the game.
The second is to make the game unplayable with conflicts, obscure unclear laws, circular logic and walls of unreadable legalese.
Which game are you playing? :D

Well with the voting system is pretty much impossible to exploit stuff since people wont let you win the game :) So this is probally either go on forever or enter a paradox so big the judge will give up...

You're playing it wrong. The point is to sneak a rule in or find some obscure interpretation that lets you change the way the game itself is played, so that you can win.
For example, that issue that allowed you to vote as many times as you like. If that were combined with the rule that allows you to nominate your own proposals by attaching them, and worse, if you included the rule that allows you to vote immediately after nomination, you could win the game in a couple minutes all on your own.
The voting aspects of the rules are still actually relatively unclear, if someone finds the appropriate loophole, they could probably win next proposal period.

Yes. They are very unclear. I don't see where in the rules it says anything about having to post to vote. Why is a verbal vote insufficient, as long as it is recorded in the thread?

Neddie tried to pull this one but it didnt work out.
Personally i would have given him that one and tried to scramble some new legislation.

Indeed, nowhere in the rules does it say that you have to be a player to vote. You have to be a player to propose and to nominate, but not to vote.
Lesson: if you're making a Nomic rule, make no assumptions whatsoever.

We simply don't trust you to report other people's votes properly

Should I take a video clip? I can make a video clip. Not exactly hard to get somebody to agree to vote on a random internet message board game.

That would be pointless, cause I just noticed that the rules do not say that one person cannot vote multiple times :)

I thought the point of this game was to sneak in an elaborate plot, then explain it and have everyone go "omfg owned". In other words not only win, but to win with style. ~~

Rule 208. Posters can only vote once.

Perhaps the next proposal will be to appoint new judges.

Ops :) Doesnt sounds wise to have that on mutable :)

Everything should be mutable!
But if you look back a few pages you'll see where SwiftSpear voted 208 in all by himself.
