Spring RTS Engine

first multiplayer test was successfull

seems there were two missing files that the stupid turtle program did not commit
many hairs were pulled until oksnoop2 noticed :)
but commited those now.

I think it was more like the 2nd or 3rd multiplayer test that was a success.
