Assholes are successful everywhere. Reality just isn't karmaic. Get used to it.

I limited my judgment to Western societies because I am uncomfortable generalizing my understanding to humanity without sufficient experiential backing. I have no doubts that the trend persists in all societies and is promoted through all organizations, but belief and the assertion of truth are separated in reasoned discussion.

However, since you've counseled me to commit suicide, may I warn you that your words carry legal significance in this environment, particularly as intent is difficult to discern through text.
