The bladewings?... just that I find hard that someone haves a unit that aparears to be made of wet paper as their favorite unit, but its your choice... :)

As I said - a long time ago, OTA AA. The modern Spring bladewings are thoroughly useless.

I used a bunch of in close support of a group of 'gators and raiders on a comet 1v1, and the force destroyed about 3x their metal worth in flash spaem. Granted it may have been more to do with micro/my opponent than the bladewings, but they certainly didn't seem useless to me, just pretty micro intensive. Very cool unit anyway.

Bladewings are fantastic until you some across even light AA, but until that point, it dosent matter that they have low HP - they move fast, are cheap/quick to build and can stun all lvl 1 units in 1/2 shots.

Thats true. Bladewings are onwage until they get inside the range of some aa, then the water causes the paper to rip apart...
