PS: I never understood why this Rocketshield has to be installed in Puplic? Nobody ever needed to know, just some U.S. Ships cruising before Israel and in the Northsea.. that´s it.. you don´t built a shield to tell the People, you built it to have it in Front of a Unprepared One once, you need it..

The why is easy: It doesn't work as well as they'd like it to. Sun Tzu said "when you are strong pretend to be weak, when you are weak pretend to be strong", in this case they'd hide the anti-missile systems if they were really effective at stopping nuclear strikes and stuff but they show them so their low effectivity matters less than the deterrent and propaganda gains of saying "hey we can stop everything you throw at us!".
