yes you can but chaining would be really bad in towerdefense. however, the base is there. all you would have to do is add the burning effect to the list. This will all be CC'ed for your scripting enjoyment.

It would cause an infinite fire because the moment one stops burning it gets reignited by another.

actually kdr, they can have fire cause smallburnA to go off which triggers smallburnB which triggers nothing.

So to say that one unit gets hit by the flamethrower then spreads it to say two other units only to stop spreading there? So two units that take the full force of a flamethrower would at most affect 4 sub units total. That would be pretty neat. Of course spread damage would be significantly less.

Can the flames leave some sort of ground effect when they hit terrain?
Also, would be cool to have some flame traps you could build on the creep terrain.

Now after this valuable contribution I suggest we just support the TD devs by cheering them on, helping them where possible and/or dropping out of the box ideas that can really enhance game play and take this beyond all other TD games.

Question/Suggestion: Are you planning to let units walk like in a line with steady intervals as in the video (the one with the burning/exploding units) or will you create more chaos in the walking?

Random unit request people: so far I have done 28 models for this in a couple of weeks! I suggest you guys find another way to pester for a feature as I am BUSTING ASS to get all the models needed done!

28, that's already a lot!
You could make Boss version of each unit. Just make them 3-4 times bigger and with a lot of HP.

5 machinegun turrets
5 flamethrower turrets
5 rocket turrets
3 cannon turrets
3 laser turrets
1 level 1 creep
5 level 2 creeps
I am missing something but whatever..
and there are:
3 lvl1 creep (gnome)
5 lightening turrets(gnome
Currently modeling:
last level 1 unit
EVERYTHING in THIS version of towerdefense has it's own model/texturing. We are going for real quality.
