Yes, chickens used to be part of zk(then ca). This is a fork of that and rts uses a fork of this version

We (the BA dev team (actually just Beherith and me)) are considering in merging Chickens into main mod. There are some arguments against it (very reasonable ones), but if we do it, it'll make further maintenance easier.

Does that mean that in springlobby the "game" column will show "BA 7.xx" instead of "BA Chcikens xx"? Would not be a problem, just unpractical... (have to look more closely to the games name I guess... no sorting

...). Would it be a game option in the options tab, or how do I have to envision this? (sorry - no technical background in mods)

Exactly like that. That's why TheFatController didn't want to include chickens into BA. The other reason was that many people don't play chicken mode at all, so the mod is 4.5MB smaller.

Exactly like that. You can take a look in XTA, ZK, Adv. BA and other games that have chicken mode to see how it's activated.

So beherith should work slavishly on stuff for you? TFC didn't do anything after he did the initial varient of chickens. There was nothing being maintained.

yes you are what is wrong with this community. A rotten cluster of people who only take and offer nothing in return. You could offer to help in exchange for the knowledge(to update it to run with the current) which is a small exchange for easy work but it's ok you want to blame behe while you are unwilling to make ANY effort. It is lazy aholes like you that remind me of why I don't help you people.

[f=0000000] Failed to load: unit_spawner_defense.lua ([string "LuaRules/Gadgets/unit_spawner_defense.lua"]:271: attempt to index field '?' (a nil value))
The code file
The line in question
Get this and use it to open the lua file.
now you will see numbers on the left, you will go to line 271 and paste it here. I can then show you what is what.

Pro tip: it's a lot easier to fix the problem for yourself than to have some else to fix issue for themselves.
