Hasn't anyone heard of CCleaner? Its a great temporary files shredder for many applications, including those giant uninstaller files for windows patches that anyone with some common sense will never uninstall (The C stands for crap)

Anybody whos grown up using their Dad's PC to browse porn should know all about how to delete their internet files, clear the clipboard and create passworded folders.

Oh anyone with a brain should be able to clear their (various) temporary files. Or at least they should learn once their mom found the first remains of last night in the browser's history...
