just three?
I liked V for Vendetta, Enemy at the Gates, LotR (you silly people, it's a single movie, nay a single story, artificially split into three sections), Schindler's List was also very good, Saving Private Ryan, The Butterfly Effect, there are others that I thought were really good....
but my top three would be (in no particular order)
V for Vendetta
Lord of the Rings
Schindler's List

i like blockbusters, except titanic and the like wich i didn't see nor wish to(yawn) ...so terminators, aliens, starwars, lord of the rings and much more movies old and new

That annoys me too. It was the best part of the book! It was like a really really well done horror story. It was disturbing and foreshadowy on many many levels.
I suppose it makes sense though. They prolly made the main story about fighting the
Efrafra, instead of in the book the two seperate stories about the journey to watership down and what happens once they get there.

Also: It's Efrafa. They also added some stuff, dropped a lot of the rabbit folklore and logic. Basically, Watership Down is one of the books that are somewhat difficult to convert to film
