There is nothing wrong with posting ideas about mod's, yours was just a little bit wimpier then most and pretty much the standard first idea people come up with when they see spring fare.

Anyways, good luck, people are usually nice when you have something pretty for them to look at... and just because you can design, texture, script and get a working unit in game still isn't enough, otherwise I would have made a mod myself by now... well, aside from the chess mod I made.

You have to either be motivated or have a mental illness to make a really good mod... not having a real life helps a lot too... real life encouragement from friends and family helps too.

I could have sworn I had a point 5 minutes ago...

ok heres the concept: it will add alot of units which makes for many different strategies and tactics, more interesting gameplay, and a unit for almost every situation. but not enough units to overload small computers or noobs . it also adds alian tech. and adds the right units to run an efeciant and well defended aquatic base ive decided not to post the unit list intell i get more ideas eventhough i have it writin out

Thats pathetic. Go take a look at a real concept/design document and then come back with something better.

You can actually do that? I don't own a PSP so I wouldn't be sure, but isn't wifi for the DS?

I'm a proponent of a Spring variant for the DS. Just tossing that one out there. Resources and Minimap on the top.

LOL! Spring on a DS would be...interesting to say the least.

heh, touch screen instead of mouse... you would have 4 hotkeys, though... A/B/X/Y only, because L for quitting, arrows for selecting (in a menu) or zoom/camera mode (ingame), and R for tab-zoom... speech would be a pain, sart to open prompt, arrows to select each letter, and enter to send ;) (ingame, in the lobby you could have a panel like pictochat)

another option would be to have the pictochat panel up next to the minimap and resources

At most I cold see TA on the DS, Spring is too complicated. You can only display 2048 triangles per frame on the DS.

On what? Your mission statement of "I'll make everything better"?

try and have some paragraphs in your whole design docs, not 5 points and a small sentence..
