Isn't it faster to make a proper script.txt and run spring with it anyway? :)

Ok, some stuff I'd like to see in SpringSP:
- Player editing by double-clicking on the entry in the list
- A default theme (no graphics please only plain "Windows" windows)
- Support of mod and map sdd directories e.g. .\mods\<mod>.sdd\
- Remap the F4 button to something else because I'd like to use ALT+F4 :P
- full ArchiveCacheV4(.txt) support (unless it does have it already)
- Exit when watching a replay

To be honest

ArchiveCacheV4.txt doesnt contain all possible info on mods / maps etc...
U could use to display in Client App.

U be better off atm, to code SSP to cache the data from unitsync.
And check at startup if mod count / map count doesnt match up == Update the cache.

Downside to above is longer first run off app. Mainly depending on amount of maps.

A newbie question:
What is handicap? How does it affect the player?

Increases hitpoints, damage output and metal extraction rate. Not sure if it affects the player as well. Handycap of 50% means 50% less and 150% means 50% more.

actually having a 40% handicap gives you 140% resources. The names a bit awkward, they should just call it bonus.

I got directed straight to java download page. If I didn't already know I'd probably be going back and think my session was being hijacked

A box saying 'Y U NO HAVE JAVA' with a link would be better
