I have had 'random crashes' a couple of times, once i was on the same team (commshare) as some other guy, and we both crashed out at exactly the same time, nobody else did.

Woohoo! I crash too!
Well, here are my specs (or at least some of them):
- Intel Pentium IV 2.2 Ghz
- GeForce FX 5200 (128 MB)
- 512 RAM
- WinXP PRO
I really hope they can fix this issue, since spring gives this error in aproximatly 90% of games that I play, wether I host them or not.
Bye!

Iceciro wrote:Hmmm. Question - what AI's are you guys using? Despite the fact that I was using the LATEST version of NTai, it was still crashing.
I switched to AAI and I havent had a crash since - although a not-so-small and very irritating problem is that AAI doesnt support Spring Gundam.
*sigh*
Sorry, i've had it do that a bunch with AAI and KAI too, so its probably something else (actually its probably ALL the AI's
and something else heh)...here's some basic specs:
AMD 64 bit 3400+
Geforce 6600LE
1 gig Crucial Ballistix PC4000 RAM

whenever I run Spring, either multi or local, it will crash, almost 100% of the time. sometimes the textures and text are scrambled, sometimes all units go solid white and i get about 1 frame/2-3 sec. sometimes the program simply quits. one way or another,i ca't seem to finish a simgle game.
AMD Athlon XP 2400+ w/ QuantiSpeed architecture
Windows XP Home sp2

I think I found out the reason for the random crash.
Whenever a marker is placed on the map while you scroll by rightclicking on the minimap the game just quits without error message.

Hmm I find it exits for no reason in all sorts of circumstances.
