Spring RTS Engine

I'm technically in PWCPS - People who can't play spring. Well, i can't. My graphics card exploded, and my router won't let me play multiplayer anyways.

mine lets about 1/3 people in. :s

mm i wonder in future if there will be rivalry like not hosting if your not in clan X... i jus dont want such a thing to happen to spring. or clans being used as a way to exclude people =] how about like a clan for all players of spring.. the [spr] and we all invade other online games =]

about "[CPIG] clan" (which actually means Core Prime Is Gay ) [CPIG]sylvinus is also member of the team....maybe we'll try to motivate some players to join us but CPIG is anything but serious
(does not mean we won't pwn some of you!)

However, where does [Leo] stand for? or where does it come from.
And does anyone have a clue where [TLX] stands for? same with [FF], [CLAW] (if still in existence), [HH88] (some explanations, I don't get) and [DRF](who is the larges, containing only frence people)

Client needs some better user made channel support so clans can make and idle in thier own channels. Other then that I think it has pretty decent clan support. If we ever need to organize more it can be done via a third party website as easily as client could do it.

CLAW was a FF playing clan. they changed to FF (a FF playing clan lol)

well, I'm surprised how many people doen't like Core Prime. Should restate my statement: If CPIG is a clan where people gather who hate Core Prime, let is be known, and people will join. (kinda silly statement actually).

About HH88, someone of the clan gave me the explonation of it in the blundly way now mentioned in the txt. That is changed now, just to not offend anyone.

My guess would be "Robotic French Squad"

"how to join"? No can do. It's a group of friends. We're in it for the fun and not into power gaming. Still, we own all, anyone, anywhere, any time, until .. we start playing again. After that, i can't promise anything.
The PT stands for the portuguese international letters, PT, as in language=PT or http://www.portugalmail.PT . It can be seen as standing for PorTugal or PorTuguese.

#2 - The WC clan.
They were before us. I remember a few names but i don't know they're status and i'll just leave reference to them who were the first~second clan of Spring to be formed. Most of the time, they could be found playing between themselves exclusively.

#1 - The SY clan.
I guess they can be considered as the first clan of Spring. And these really do own all. At least they did in XTA.

I would guess slightly diferent:
"French Robotic Squad"
But i'm not entirely sure it's meaning in english is actually diferent...

uhh we spent ages trying to think of some cool acronym for a clan name.. but came up with nothing.. it started with [ELDR] everyone loves dead rabit :p.. and other things like that i think E0 means for Leo to sand for love enlightened one.. but we cant say that sooo its just Leo...

and does anyone know who to ask/post about using the wiki to have like a clan database... with members etc.. i think its a cool idea.. i cant afford webspace soo...

but if i find a way to afford it ill make a website for clans.. i can manage the webuilding (tho it will take me a while im still a novice..) but ive got access to all the stuff to make it look good.

i love the idea of clans but as i say i just dont want it to become a way of excluding people.. im strongly against noob assault.. ok so it bugs me when they dont read up but still.. everyone was a noob at some point or another

is it possible perhaps for like a clan name to only be posted in the online list.. i dunno if its worth it but if it was harder to find out someones clan it may avoid the problem if it ever comes up... sorry heh. clan rivalry has just ruined a few games for me. im not hosting for someone not in my clan kinda thing.. (u used to get points for your clan if you won a game so everyone went noob hunting and no1 would host for other clans)
stupid idea i know but yeh.. i think theyve changed it since.. either that or stopped its production.

You could put your clan info in the wiki. Just dont make the wiki into your homepage. Players lists and stuff would be fine, but not a full website.
