Spring RTS Engine

There was once, in Happypenguin.org some discussions about how to produce nice random skymaps.
I remember seeing there some awesome images. Really pretty.

Search for it and you might just find out about how they managed to do that.

news update!: I'm totally stumped by my asteroids, they look bad. I might try to do something based solely on space platforms in the future, but my skills with paint and such are limited, so I'm out of the space race for now. I've got two cake-walk maps ideas that I want to do, and maybe I'll approach this again afterwards, but not for now.

This doesn't mean we should give up spacemaps altogether though, I think we'd all be grateful if others pick up the torch and run with it.
