just tried, and if you opened the jar directly by dbl click or open when download finished, the server is running in background, if you want to see the logs etc, you will have to kill the javaw.exe process (ctrl shift esc then process then kill javaw.exe) is there is no java*.exe then skip this step

then CTRL + R, type "cmd" and Ok

then type : "java -jar "

then drag n drop the TASServer.jar in the cmd window, it should add the file path : java -jar "c:\where the jar is\TASServer.jar", then you can push ENTER, and you should see the server msgs

http://www.springfiles.com/show_file.php?id=2401 , it ***should*** work, at least it starts and does login , but didn't test it intesively

ok can join it works so far,but then when i want wo create a server ,it doesn┬┤t work because : waiting for acnowledgement from server or so...
and then : timed out !

By the way : do i have to create an account??i think thats the reason for it

No in lan mode you don't have to, about the battle thing, could you try on tiz.ath.cx:8200 ?
Also, if you are using tasclient be sure to disable battle bans if possible or use springlobby, i'll never implement a retarded patch like the one done on main server to implement battle bans

uberserver might work better out of the box. it's regularly tested on windows.

how could i try that?? how can i do this?
and where can i disable battle bans?

connect to tiz.ath.cx and try hosting a battle to see if it works.
to disable battle bans kill/ask satirik :P

what do i have to type at the connect menu,when i want to join on my own lobby server?

localhost and from other computers, the lan ip of the computer where the server is running
