Emmanuel, spring doesnt use directX it uses OpenGL.

Besides this doesnt look like a graphics card problem so much now.

Image

look?!, it's saying 29fps, units 0 frame 0. That means eh hasn't started the game/pressed return, but the press return thing isn't there for some reason.

Emmanuel, it looks like you haven't actually started the game, only then will the commander appear. Press return and show us a screenshot when the game is past frame 1

Also, I spellchecked this post in firefox using google toolbar.

forget 0.50 and 0.51, instead go with 0.6B1.

I aint a clue whats happening here, unless your not doing things as you should with the return to start game thing...

Try it out on a different map using a mod, such as SWTA or World Domination.

where are the data now?
we can t extract with hpiview now ?
and we can t drop hpi or ufo in main ?
it s said it s ta:cc compatibl....

The data is in the base and mod folder.
open sdz files with winzip and sd7 files with 7-zip

HPI files in the main folder should still work, but I think that might wreck the modswitching (at least it did for me).

Eh man, Spring is not total annihilation. If it don't work, I don't think changing files is a good idea.
Just make a fresh install in an empty folder.
