+1
Spring needs more pro players than painkiller for such thing to work. If somebody feels up to it, he could make a post on esreality.com and similar sites, but be prepared to be bashed for not being starcraft.
Do it. Do it. DO IT.
Since you'll be posting, you'll be bashed for not being Starcraft.
DO IT.

I'm a little bit afraid that we'll be bashed for not supporting ATI and GF 8-series, too

Seriously, if anyone deserves a reward...
Unfortunately the devs do not want donations.

Which devs? There are a lot of people working on this engine and mods.

Money is good when it's either involved in bounties, or the project is huge and has other costs (like a whole Linux distribution, or an office suite like OOo, or Firefox).
Personally, I like spending it on bounties

I'll organise a tourny for money, no joke, for $50 aus via paypal, mod will be ba 6.1, the only maps being brazilian battle field, cooper hill and altair crossing. the league will go for sometime so players can vs their opponents when they are both on and have time. Matches will be a best out of 3 on the 3 maps i mentioned earlier. league will start mid may when i get back from overseas, train up and email me at
steven@lumberjacklodge.org to register.
