Basically these are just Rush. They're canadian, but they still are good... NEal Peart (its said Neil Peet) is a fuking pizzowning drummer. It's actualy pretty deep as well; most of their lyrics have cool literary and philosophical references. Listen hard if ye be edumacated.

We had this landlord in the UK, he was this really old East indian guy with a turban who spoke broken English, he was round at Chez Steve collecting rent and he saw our guitars and drums and started going on about rush :)
Id never heard of them so he gave me a cd and i loved it, he actually travelled all round europe following one of their tours not so long ago, It was just so funny because he was just the most unlikely looking rocker Ive ever seen hehe

Pheonix off the first album is prob one of the best songs of the 70's but tbh that whole album is, as they say "all Killer no filler"

edit - about that extreme video - I'm so used to everyone I know hating stuff like that, I just assumed everybody else on here would hate it too.
