Interestingly Cider is particuarily cheap in the UK because of ancient tax break laws dating 200 years back to the last war with France.

However Real Ale is the drink of men, no mass produced, gaseous chemical rubbish down my throat.

Go drink Kentucky Deluxe Burbon and coke, then McCormick Vodka and citrius whatever juice...
top it off with some Black Velvet Canadian whiskey on the rocks..

1L of KD and 2L coke = ~17$ USD
1.75L McCormick and a gallon jiuce = ~15$ USD
1L BV and Ice = 12$ USD

drink as much as you can til you puke, then drink half that much more...
I guarantee you'll be drunk and stupid with the best of us...

oh, and learn how to play beer pong.

Carlsbourg isn't bad... but if that is omgwtf bad compared to carsbourg...
umm... I'm skeered...

I've seen it though in my traves in europe... I thought it was a soda though, didn't click as a "cider"

Just found out that my friend took the ├é┬ú9.00 challenge yesterday - a litre of Tesco Value Vodka in 15 minuntes. He had to be dragged two miles back to his house and then kept in the recovery positon all night by a friend. Good times.

As for shee shee foo foo drinks, the White Russian is unsurpassed

Chuck a load of vodka in a glass, then fill it up with milk and Khalua.... mmmmmmmmmmm........
