In short,after everyone has made retarded drooling morons of themselves I think that the best step forward would be to ask the DSD only hosts to stop hosting only DSD.
They can still have DSD as the default map.
Its the best solution(at least until better more complex one is accepted on) and nobody gets hurt.

everyone got right to host whatever they like, its free, open-source game and its not your damn business if they host dsd or not. its your, and other players fault only, just dont play there, avoid dsd, host other maps. opening your mouth and crying @ dsd is the easiest but least effective solution.
oh, and i dont agree that 'loet takes players away', like i said before, there is many players who want to play 3v3 or try new map. see? u r wrong again
