That is the status-quo since 2012.
I do not have that much of a problems with delays - they can always come up. But do not accuse me of "sapping your energy" if you repeatedly stated things like "prefered to work for paying customer" or having "computer problems."

Again it does not appear on frontpage, reason is:

I upload another video, it does not appear on frontpage. I ask why:

I write that and link to them again:

I upload some videos, none show in frontpage. I did not ask about those because waiting for AF to fix his connectivity problem, or whatever.
One day I notice frontpage is (once again) filled with lots of old reposts.
I ask what is happening:

AF wrote:Things aren't quite right because nothing has changed. All I'e done is update WordPress and some plugins.
There was a reason I automated as much as I could and encouraged people to register and set up their own stuff
As it stands people just hurl an incomplete request at me, across several posts, referencing various links and items in threads linked to. Very easy to track and manage when you rarely drop in on the site.
e.g. I'm sure you have more videos than I can find on your spring and zeroK playlists, (
e.g. )and when I tried to add them I got befuddled because I was hunting through my tabs for a ZeroK playlist on your account and did not find one. Then I saw spiderman presents, but then is that a whimsical name for tales of interest? Or is it ZeroK? Or are tales of interest the only ZK videos?
Rather than answer these questions I started work on client work that paid actual cash and more productive research.
Nice that AF enjoys my other videos as well, but I never asked to look through my youtube for them.
Remember that there are already two spring-playlists, the links had been posted twice now. If AF still has to "hunt for the zeroK playlist" then that is simply bad organization on his part.
...I explain the above and link to the playlists again...
After one month passes without reply I figure: "well, I was told with links/rss of playlists everything would be automatic, but maybe let's try to register and this site then"...
It does not work:

My youtube is still not added. Frontpage flooded a few times by old news.
In reference to last post in thread with above picture I post:
knorke wrote:As the blue commander is pointing out, it is annoying if the frontpage gets swamped by tons of old news. For example now again, and many links do not even work anymore.

In Mar, 2014: AF posts about changes to the site like a
"review-queue" and
"a tumblr has been added."
The discussion turns to other topics and adding my youtube-playlists (as well playlists of other users) seems to be forgotten.
I figure: Well, maybe if it is not possible to automatically have my videos posted, maybe I will have to do it myself, via this new stuff that is on springinfo.
Sadly it does not work.

I'm also waiting on proper fixes to my macbook so I can upgrade the automation to a newer version without causing duplication. Once that's done I have several feeds to add from youtube, including the evo channel, knorkes playlists, and some others
AF is "investigating."
I do not post again about youtube because his computer-problems seem still not fixed.
...nothing happens for some time...
One day a random selection of my videos appears on frontpage.
The videos are months/year old at this point and some are not relevant anymore. (For example zero-K balance changed and so things seen in videos, like EMP-drone-rush, do not work anymore)
Some of the posted videos were videos for bug-reports etc, those were of course not in the playlist and of course not meant to be seen outside mantis or the bug-forum.
So someone must have posted them manually.

You do not have to post my videos by yourself, several days late. Either automatic and instantly, like it is happening for other youtube accounts, or not at all.
Fri Apr 11, 2014
AF wrote:Better late than never, currently missing attribution to yourself.
I'm not in a good position to add feeds at the moment, as new stuff is brought in and published at the time they're brought in, not the time they're published. So adding your other playlists would mean the entire news feed would be knorke youtube videos, which I don't consider to be optimal. Upgrading to the version of the automation that fixes that bug leads to duplication issues.
I can fix these issues but my primary machine is out of action and being repaired, a combination of faults, + faulty replacement parts has meant I won't have it back till next week. This windows machine is a nightmare as git clones etc fail 70% of the time, no reason indicated
AF still has computer problems. A new reason is given why my playlists are not added:
"the entire news feed would be knorke youtube videos".

AF wrote:I'm adding placeholder accounts for people so their stuff is pulled in as theirs.
If like knorke you're unhappy with how your own feed is pulled in, you could claim said account and ammend your own feeds to have different URLs, prefixes, etc
In the meantime, there's now author archives, e.g.
http://www.springinfo.info/author/knorke/
So now have to login and claim some accounts or something. It is already looking much more complicated then at the beginning, when suppossedly all that was needed were playlists.
Since noting came out of the playlists-automatisation-thing, I try to claim my account.
But springinfo does not seem to have an login-field. I ask:
Sat Apr 12, 2014
How to do this? I can not even find the login field or something.[/quote]
...
AF posts a bugtracker:
Sat Apr 12, 2014
There is already an entry about me.
It reads:
github issue wrote:-Find the playlists
-Figure out what the RSS feeds for them would be
-Add them to site
But wait: Were the playlists not already posted?
Was there not already posted a way how to get RSS feeds for playlists?
Apr 21 2014
I post all that again on the github issue.

AF complains that it took 5 tabs of webpages to add 1 feed. Not sure what to make of that?
Every male poweruser opens more tabs lefthanded when spending some quality alone-time.
I find it a bit sarcastic refusing to add playlists of users just because opening 5 tabs is too much work, or how is that to be understood?
My own videos are pretty quickly done but other people spent hours or days on videos or game-trailers, or spent lots of time on the content that the video shows. Or they spent hours commentating matches/tourneys. And then for years this content is not added because clicking around in a few tabs is too much hassle?

The time I did have adding things however was spent arguing with Knorke in this thread. I still haven't been given an RSS feed, after all this time. All it's managed is to sap all energy out of the project, and confuse the hell out of me every time I try and revisit it. If i had just been given an RSS feed to begin with all of this would have been done a very, very long time ago.
All energy was spent for adding a total of zero playlists. AF asked for playlists, he got them. (even if he forgot that a few times. )
AF seemed satisfied when the playlist-to-RSS guide was posted, so I am not sure why he did not just try it after his computer problems were fixed. Might add that all one needs to do is basically copying a part of the URL: That seems so trivial it never occured to me that this might be a problem.
AF wrote:Thus, all new requests for additional feeds are to use the additional feed form I added.
I have no idea where this "additional feed form" might be or even how to log into
