Yeah, heaps better. The proportions are still out (arms and legs too long), but it's getting closer to the realm of 'stylistic distortion' rather then 'mistake'. Still tending towards the former though.

I would suggest moving away from having all your characters look like sticks O_o

Try someone thick for your next drawing and force yourself to use as realistic proportions as possible

I suppose someone like this fellow would work :P

Not saying the lankiness is a bad thing, but widening your talent is always a good thing to do.

Just so that you know, I would be doing what Snipa suggested, but my tablet seems to have backfired. I keep getting messages to reinstall the software, and it cites two reasons: One) 'Version Mismatch' - most likely caused by Two) 'Tablet Driver Not Found'

Delete the driver's .inf from %windir%\inf, then reinstall.

both of those last drawings were very awesome gmn. i dont think much should be done with making them more sexually appealing or in any particular realistic dimension. it gives it its own style that way. however i dont know if you wanted to make it seem like the woman was firing the gun so nonchalantly?

Some experiments with this one:
1) The colours and tones of the skin and hair where taken from a photo (specifically, one of Robb in Cloverfield)
2) The painting method (obviously)

A good job, exept for the proportions, your drawings have no diffrence in width, and are too tall compared to their width, upper legs should be thicker than lower legs, especially on the top, same for arms, take a look at pictures of people, it helps, show their muscles (spelled wrong? :P)!

Stumbled across this while I was searching for a decent proportional reference for an infantryman I was working on, thought you might find it useful too:
