PyQt4 is a python qt binding. It's for building standalone python Qt applications. And PythonQt is library for embedding python scripting in qt applications. Reload maps and mods crashes the client when installed into Program Files, but not when installed into writable directory (\qtlobby). Perhaps the windows installer shouldn't suggest \Program Files\qtlobby as the default location?
