- added an extra big metal spot on the secondary start positions along the east/west edges

- improved metal spot textures

- map textures are a bit less noisy and shinier

- lua resource spot marking stamps textures in the ground instead of relying on feature decals
(because people often have the ground decals disabled)

- removed unsupported map options
