We did the same thing at our school one year back. It's really not that surprising. The most creative form of vandalism or offence that teenage boys can come up with is just spamming penises everywhere.

well basically they just aggregate all the fails on the internet. the "fail" they write on it is a watermark, to promote their website, if the pic is re-sent elsewhere.

Until about a year ago, the aerial view of our town was on a 0.5 MP camera, it was so terrible you could barely make out houses.
