If no central body is taking responsibility for the mod, sucha s the SY's etc, then the lot falls down to the distributors, as such sites such as FU would recieve court orders. If it gets desperate enough they'd start suing individual users who distribute the mod/engine.

I like Starship Trooper's because it doesn't try to be too serious. It has a comic book feel, but some much deeper messages. I'd be much happier to see it as a mod than Starcarft.

Now, this statement makes no sense at all. If it's three-quarter assed, that would mean it's more than half-assed, as in, higher quality. Perhaps you mean quarter-assed? Or third-assed? Unassed?
