Crash on start in some maps

I'm not really sure whats the problem here's my computer specs & spring infolog

if the plain text errors are any indication probably has to do with you running spring out of program files and your opperating system, vista or windows 7 has strict acess issues. try running spring from some other dir like c:\games\spring\

Tried running in c game but still crashing, + i disabled uac

any idea why it cant open the specific file?

I'd try deleting the contents of that directory. clearing the cached path files

i know why it crashes now but the problem is that the files werent created thus why spring crashed

It might be related to map size.

0.82.7.1 crashes on startup when calculating path cost on big maps (32x32). I've tried several big maps and all have the same behaviour (try metal fields).

If it doesn't crash remove all map related cache files and try again. Oh, and 0.82.6.x works fine.
