looks like 3/4 of food in here is fast food, and i guess more then half of that has way too much fat, and is general low quality food.

this is possibly something where the poor (those who have enough money for food, but not much more) are ahead of us (rich world). their food is usually a mix of potatoes, beans, rice, lenses, .. and other such stuff, plus fruits where they are cheap. at least that is what i have seen.

then again, they'll get shot anyway before they could die to a heart attack.

 I guess that's why a lot of poor people join the military. They'd get shot at either way.

It tasted good. I should have added more salt.

I've been eating little but rye bread for the last few years. I honestly don't know how I'd manage without.

I'm right with you up until your choice of cold-cut on that sandwich. It looks like baloney, or some similar form of recombinant ham. Those are only ever good on salted crackers, and even then not so much.

I'd go with a slice of turkey meat-loaf or sliced roast beef with chimichurri for that sammich.

Ugh, butter and meat?

I bet you are one of those freaks who puts butter on egg salad, tuna-fish, peanut butter and jelly...

It's Meat+Mayo OR Meat+Mustard Freak!
