Guess what?
My mouse batteries EXPLODED! While I had my hand on it! I mean, come on! And its not as if its the first time either. This is the third time it happened. Im getting quite proficient at cleaning out all the battery acid now....
Anyways, as I should probably get a new mouse, what mouse do you people suggest I buy? Something fairly cheap would be good, but I will consider all options.
Yay for exploding batteries.

Well, little do you know that Spring makes use of buttons 4 and 5 to adjust the spacing between structures that are being drag-built. Furthermore, it's a massive advantage in things like first-person shooters. For counterstrike:
button 3 selects rifles, button 4 selects pistols, button 5 selects grenades, button 6 selects your knife.
That's just one example. In something like unreal tournament, try mapping the buttons to your favourite weapons. That way you don't have to take your hand from movement to select a sniper rifle, etc.

omfg I could USE that! I've always wondered to myself why they didn't carry over the spacing control from TA Demo Recorder to Spring. Any chance that keys are assigned to it as well?Caydr wrote:Well, little do you know that Spring makes use of buttons 4 and 5 to adjust the spacing between structures that are being drag-built....

The best mice are the Logitech Lazer mice... whichever one you get it is sodding ammazing.
If it has one problem its that the battrie life is so long
You end up forgetting to charge it as it will work for over 2 weeks on one charge (if you spend about 5 hours a day on that mouse)
And the precsion of teh thing... mmmmm
