I started playing a little under a month ago. Everything has been fine until a week ago and during start up i get this. I run vista.

this is a driver problem; update (or downgrade) graphics drivers.

i installed the newest drivers, now it hangs during start up when it gets to creating skies, still a driver problem, correct?

probably.

X800 is known to have not-that-great opengl driver support; there may be a specific version of the driver that works (maybe 8.7, maybe something else... don't know really.)
