Problem signing up for a Mantis account

When I click the email confirm link in Mantis and fill out the user name and password form, I get an error. It says maybe I've already submitted the form. There are two PHP errors up at the top of the page in red. Should be easy to confirm with a new registration of your own.

Hmm, so Fnordia didn't fix it yet :-/ (PM'ed the problem to him a while ago)

Suppose I'll go activate some accounts directly in the database when I'm at home.

Also, we're running Mantis 1.1.4 but the current stable version is 1.1.5, which apparently fixes some issues caused by security fixes in 1.1.3 or something like that.
