how are you starting your game? does the stutter happen when running spring.exe by itself, without any launchers or lobbies?

Anyone? I cant believe in the age of multi-core processors, there is a bug with engine...
Please anyone got an idea how to fix this issue?

I still have stutternig framerate in intervals, about half and second, i know its dual core issue, tried everything(turn of threaded optimizadion, tried cpu affinity with imagecfg tool, tried "throttle" tweak, tried use PM timer, NOTHING:( I have e 6550 @ 2.33ghz and 8800GT and 2gb ram. Pl...

Unfortunately i have tried all the suggestions here and i still have problems with my dual core.
I got E6550, and 8800GT and the main problem is awfull stuttering with game, can someone help me, i cant play this great game on my pc?
