Spring RTS Engine

i know that this game is good...but the best thing about it is that is free but i notice that a game call Supreme Comander is coming out on april it is for the 360 and pc......the thing is looks almost just like spring... you guys should check it out...it looks like this game was your creation inste...

I JUST INSTALL SPRING IN MY PC....BUT WHEN I TRY TO START OR THE HOST STARTS THE GAME A MESSAGE COMES UP AND SAYS

"NEED EXTENSION GL_ARB_TEXTURE_ENV_COMBINE NOT FOUND"

PLEASE WHAT DO I NEED TO START PLAYING...
