i remember when 0.4 came out and how if you moved to the edge of the screen you would explode, amongst other annoying bugs =D. is there somewhere i could get the good ol 0.4 spring from? just so i can try it out 5 years from now and say, wow wtf

everytime i play spring, the way in which the volume of sound fx is altered by distances seems more and more inadequate. thats not to say i dont appreciate the idea of sounds dropping in volume as you move away from their sources, i just think it can be done better. the main thing that annoys me is ...

i was playing spring with a mate on a lan the last night and apparently he was holding down the ~ key for ages while drawing something (no doubt obscene over my base) and a message came up saying something like you have held down the ~ button for too long, spring is no shutting down... or something ...

wow! absolutely amazing... and the foam appearing then fading away quickly was just the icing on the cake! id have to agree with others on the boat swaying issue. i doubt that i will be enabling the water effect myself but would still like to see the boats sway to explosions and stuff...
