Cheating Ban for [Mol]Silver/[ur]Uncle

The player named [Mol]Silver/[ur]Uncle who is a developer on the forked Spring Engine has developed and distributed hacks for BA and the Spring Engine. Therefore he is no longer permitted to join future BA events or spectate BA games. I will not tolerate anyone who tries to harm BA and the Official Spring Engine community by cheating and hacking, especially not a developer on a competing fork.

The cheats performed the following functions:
1. remove fog of war giving the player full map vision
2. causes server lag and crashes
